1. Data stored on your device

Mood check-ins

When you log a mood check-in, the entry is stored on your device. It is not transmitted to a La-Lo-Ka server. Deleting the app removes this data.

Listening preferences

Playback state, selected sounds, volume settings, and saved soundscape presets are stored on your device. They are not uploaded or shared by La-Lo-Ka.

2. Subscriptions

Premium purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit. La-Lo-Ka uses Apple’s purchase information only to determine whether Premium features should be unlocked. La-Lo-Ka does not receive your payment method, billing address, or Apple Account password. Apple’s handling of purchase data is governed by the Apple Privacy Policy.

3. Data we do not collect

• No name, email address, phone number, or account profile
• No precise or approximate location
• No contacts, photos, microphone recordings, or health records
• No advertising identifier or cross-app tracking
• No third-party advertising or analytics SDK data

4. Apple platform data

Apple may collect diagnostic, usage, purchase, or crash information when you enable Apple’s Analytics & Improvements or App Analytics settings. Apple controls that data under its own privacy policies.

5. Children

La-Lo-Ka is not directed to children under 13, or under 16 in the European Economic Area. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

6. Retention and deletion

La-Lo-Ka holds no server-side personal data to retain or delete. On-device information remains until you delete the app or remove it through the app’s controls. Apple manages purchase records separately.

7. Changes

This policy may change when La-Lo-Ka adds or changes features. The updated date will change, and material changes will be disclosed before they take effect.
